My name is Garret Cobb and I am an Integrative Life Empowerment Coach with a passion to help men and women navigate through life’s common stressors. I will guide you through transformation to find true happiness in your life. I became a Life Coach after working as a mental health counselor for 5 years. I realized how much more I could support my clients by helping to educate them about their limiting beliefs and how to take ownership of their life. I studied a variety of modern and ancient coaching methods. With my knowledge and experience, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.

I am a Board Certified and Accredited Member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) I received my training from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition –New York City; M.A.-Leadership- City University of Seattle; B.S.- Psychology- University of Nebraska at Omaha.
