A Reiki Share is a gathering of Reiki practitioners—whether beginner or advanced—who come together to exchange healing energy in a supportive, community-oriented environment. During a Reiki Share, each participant takes turns giving and receiving Reiki, typically in a group setting. This exchange of energy allows everyone to experience the benefits of Reiki, practice their skills, and deepen their connection to the energy.
Reiki Shares are often held in a relaxed, non-judgmental space where practitioners can give and receive healing in a safe, nurturing environment. It’s a wonderful way to build confidence, gain experience, and deepen your understanding of how Reiki works in a group setting.
